My experience upon walking in was SO welcoming it was not funny!! It was incredible!!
The service team was wonderful, but it ended after about 10minutes of waiting for other friends to join us. We had a table of 6 booked in, and only 3 of us there with in the first 20minutes. After 10 minutes of talking and ordering drinks, the waiter was so interested in our phones he was telling us to get them out of our handbags to show him our screens. I ordered something that came to just under $14. The management told me minimum ethos $15. I said you've got to be kidding me. They told me there were plenty of banks around to get money out from. They made me walk in the rain to get money out. I told them I thought it was very poor and that businesses should make it easy to buy from. They said the costs of using eftpos 'adds up'. Well guess what? Now I go across the road where they have no minimum eftpos. Wonder what that 'adds up to' now? Very ordinary way to do business!
