With the last big rains we had a flooded garage which resulted in water damage to stored furniture and books. I had difficulty with the insurance company accepting my claim, until I contacted Jeff, who dealt directly with the company on my behalf. The end result was that I received my full payout, and I was able to replace the damaged items. Since then I have switched all my insurance business to them.
