Spending $5000 on a 1.8kw system I had hoped to reduce my electricity bill. No way! The system hasn't worked since day 1.
I will be able to pay for my solar system in 42 years!!! Ingenero know exactly what the problem is but have told me they will replace faulty inverter with the same model for another two years, then it's my problem! Please tell your friends DO NOT DEAL WITH INGENERO
After seeing the massive installation Ingenero did on UQ we figured that they would be able to handle our house. Every step of the way they were very communicative and helpful. Installation was done on time and to a high standard (we have had one previously which we had to call the company to come back and fix stuff up). Would happily recommend them to others.
