We drove into the longish driveway with our car+caravan total length 12m and saw their sign of no pets. Went to office and found the staff member to be very rude about it all saying "no pets, no pets" (we have one small dog). Now this was all ok as rules are rules but instead of allowing us in just to turn around we had to reverse back along the driveway, into the road to get out. Can't complain about the customer service as there wasn't any. No help either with any suggestions just a brochure given to us :-{
NEVER stay at the Nepean River Holiday Village at Emu Plains NSW! The place is disgusting, full of loud, people who party loudly all night long & into the next day, & management is not concerned & refuse to do anything about the matter. Courtesy bus travels through all night at high speeds. The showers are set at a regulated temperature that you can't change, which is so scalding hot, & you cannot bathe a child in them & again management are not concerned by anything other than taking your payment. Management were very rude. We are frequent holidayers & this is the WORST, most disgusting place we have ever stayed. NOT KID FRIENDLY, NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!
