Ingleburn Medical Centre

Yesterday on 02/01/2018 I went to ingleburn medical centre with my wife and son for his 4 months vaccination. I requested for first available doctor and after a long wait we were able to find the GP. He examined and baby was fit and normal as referred. After then i asked the doctor which was assigned that if we have to grab the number que to get the vaccination. Doctor said its no need and we need to just stay outside and wait. i was Right infornt of the Pathology door near reception with my ears wide open and couldn't hear any call for 30-45 mins i am not sure how long, but quite long enough as 3/4 people behind us had been called out already.
Something Dozy was going around and our name was not called as per que. I wish the management to inquiry about this issue and find the proper solution so that the general public like me and my family is not ignored intentionally. Terrible service received from medical receptionist over the phone over basic enquiries. Needs to work on communication and understanding. Will not return to this medical centre to avoid such a disappointing service
