My husband took our dog there on Saturday who was ill, first they wanted to charge us $1000 to have the dog admitted over night we said no as we could not afford it, they took blood and told my husband to call after 12pm on Sudnay for the results. Thank god we didnt fork out the $1000k for the hospitral stay because our dog become good over night, husband called Sunday afternoon was told that they dont give results out on the phone on Sunday, Sunday is for emergenceys only. He called again Monday afternoon, no one available to give him the results, he called again a few hours later and the wet had gone home! Very poor service. The fact we have to chase them for the results is so unprofessional. As of today we are still waiting on someone to call us with the results of the blood taken on Saturday! Thank god our dog is back to her normal self. If you tell your customer's something make sure you know what your talking about and follow through with it. Oh a vet will ...read more
Went there with my dog on deaths door they ignored everything I said to the vet and simply would have let him die if I didn't take him else where. They where more concerned with money then my dogs life. Steer clear terrible place. Heartless staff... Heartless owners.
We had an occasion of our office pet Dyno our giant dog catching kennel cough due to him flirting around and running away. The on duty vet quickly diagnosed his critical situation and brought him back to a healthy condition in no time with a few antibiotics. Would highly recommend them especially for large (giant like) dogs :)

When I called I specifically asked if they had an ultrasound machine there in the clinic and they told me that they did. When I saw the vet I asked for an ultrasound because I thought my dogs pain and inability to walk with ease was due to some kind of stomach problem. The vet said not to do an ultrasound just yet, instead do a full blood test, etc. and that they did not have an ultrasound machine there. They kept my dog overnight and I picked him up the following afternoon. They said they wanted me to bring him back on Thursday morning the 15th May for an ultrasound that I had already requested on the Monday when I had first taken him there, and was told they did not have an ultrasound machine. I took my dog back on Thursday morning as requested and left him there so they could perform the ultrasound and ...read more
