Am currently in the application process of a new job but due to the lack of help and poor management of this place I feel I may miss out.

I need to get a pre-medical assesment done for said job and am only available to do this outside 9-5pm as I work full time. I have rang injurynet 2 times now and both times been told they cannot help me out within these hours and even then the nearest clinic is nearly an hour away from me!

I have asked if I can see my usual dr on a Saturday to which I am told no, it has to be one of their clinics!

If you are going to stipulate people use your clinics I suggest you make them easily accessible and keep in mind that most people work 9-5 and try better to coordinate with people's working hours.

Not only that but staff really didn't seem to care about my predicament, just telling me nothing they could do! So I am probably going to miss out on a job I really wanted thanks to you guys!
