I wouldn't go back to this salon purely because of the women who I'm assuming is the owner.
Thankfully I didn't have her as my stylist during my visit, however, I saw and experienced her brash and outright rude behaviour. How this boorish woman has any repeat clients, I'd never know. I suspect the positive reviews on here are fake.
Had a great first visit. Wendy really listened and explained options for my difficult frizzy hair. Top marks for being willing to spend time with me. Going back today for a free follow-up to make sure I'm managing my style. Gave me a few samples to try rather than trying to sell me everything in stock.
A truly traumatic experience. Half my hair was razored off after I said I didn't like my hair thinned. CURLY HAIR SHOULD NOT BE RAZORED! It will take months to fix what she has done. If you want a hairdresser who listens to your requests and does as you have asked this is not the salon for you. Definitely not an experience I'll be recommending to anyone.
