Worst salon I have ever spent money at. Most of the Hair had fallen out with in 9 days. Customer service is non existent . They do bot reply to any form of contact and all I wanted was to have my extensions that had fallen out in the first few days to be put back in but by day 9 70% had fallen out and half the hair from them had shed. Two months on and customer care still wont reply to resolve the issue. Im down $749 and no extensions to show for the money very dissapointed
Now I've been wearing permanent hair extensions over 5 years now and have tried a few salons and methods etc and INK Hair Creations was probably the worst I've ever been too. The lady was lovely when putting them in but the quality of hair extensions was so bad. Felt and looked like cheap quality and the ends were so thin & straggly and when I told them I was unhappy with them, the owner was nothing but rude and refused to give me a refund. I am all about getting things at a good price but over the years I have learnt that if you want decent looking hair extensions you may as well pay the extra for the best quality and for them to last a while.
