I am so so happy with the repair of my Honda Jazz that I just picked up. Totally professional organisation. My car has never looked so good and they also cleaned it inside and out. The repair to the front of my car was perfect. I hope not to be going back there too soon (cause it was an accident repair) but I can say if I have too - I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were fantastic.
Paint and glue left all over the inside of my car interior after repairs were completed. While the website says the company values include striving for ‘highest customer service’ and ‘excellence’, this was definelty not the case during my experience with Inkerman Panels. When I called to complain I was told that while the staff are meant to put plastic over the interior, they just don’t do it. No appology. And I can see from the other negative reviews that this is not the first time this has happened.
