Ordered and payed for my delivery of Lilly dale topping I n person and was told it would be delivered soon. being Saturday that should of been by 12:30 closing time. Called no answer. By 3:00 no delivery and no explanation. I'm know out of pocket $90 and my planned jobs are canceled. A whole day wasted.

Just noticed this post, been in business for 39 years and we have never ever been accused of receiving payment for goods and not delivering. I can assure you that you would have been contacted, as all deliveries are well-documented and always on-time. You stated that you know we close at 12:30pm on a Saturday, why would you wait until 3pm to call us? That is so untrue. In addition, if you were really out of pocket $90, why would you not come past the next day and get your money back as any person would? It doesn't make sense.

What a find this business is. Tucked away near the East Brunswick Tip, Inner city garden supplies is a small, presumably family run business who provides a great range of garden products at a great price, but the service is second to none. I just had a cubic metre of black mulch delivered for $85 - that much mulch would have cost me around $300 at other store. They delivered it with 30 minutes, on a Saturday!! Thanks guys, I will be back!
