My first visit to this shop was amazing everything was wrapped individually so nothing got broken, lady was locelu and helpful, answered all my questions no issues. 2nd visit different lady so rude and over charged me on an item and threw all my crystals in a bag, by the time I got to my car half of my crystals were crumbled. Disgusting service will never shop here again, this lady had very little knowledge of crystals and was not helpful to me at all. It's a shame this shop has nice pieces but I won't go back there, and eating lunch while serving customers that's disgusting why can't they close the store for lunch not have a mouth full of food and still serve. Some items are way over priced over 400 dollars for a clear quarts tower that wouslnt even stand 13cms tall absolutly ridiculous. Wouldn't shop here again if they paid me to.
I've been going to this store since I was in primary school, they've always remembered me, always been friendly, always up for a chat and they make me feel welcome and cared about. I've never had a problem with how they've spoken to me, or anyone else while I've been in the store. I've had more than a few readings done in this store over the years and they've always been helpful and accurate. Even when I walk by and they're sitting outside on the bench, I always wave and smile and they do the same back. I hope it never closes.
I have been to this store on a few occasions and have always been greeted with polite and welcoming staff. However, the last two visits have ruined the stores reputation in my eyes.They were very abrupt and made rude comments at my expense trying to cover them as jokes by laughing.
I was quite offended and once i had left i decided to see if I could purchase the same item elsewhere. I managed to find it online for $33 whereas it was $71.95 at Inner Forest. ...read more
I did not rate this business 3 stars there was a glitch on my phone when I submitted my review. I don't give this business any stars as their product is ridiculously over priced and the customer service is poor.
