Inner Glow Yoga is a boutique home studio located in Harrison, Canberra, ACT. We offer Vinyasa Flow yoga classes suitable for all levels, including beginners. Inner Glow Yoga is designed to provide you with an opportunity to recharge, relax and find some time and space for you.

Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are a moving meditation - the connection of breath and movement creates a class which is dynamic and provides you with cardiovascular benefits, while also being deeply relaxing. Classes are designed around students individual experience and physique, with a focus on safe alignment for every body. Evening classes are performed with the studio lit by candle and firelight, and conclude with a longer relaxation and some Thai Yoga Massage techniques, allowing you to completely de-stress from your day.

We also offer day time classes and will be starting pre and postnatal classes mid 2015. Private classes are available by appointment and are suitable for students wishing to advance their practice, students recovering from injury/illness, students wishing to develop a home practice or anyone who wants to benefit from a tailored class and one on one focus on alignment and breath.
