I brought my pets to the cattery at inner south vet whilst I went away on holiday and I regret my decision. I called several times during my holiday to check how they were doing and was told that they were fine. This was not the case as when I went to pick up my pets I found out that someone at inner south vet had separated them and hadn't bothered to call me and check if this was okay.

I bring my birds to see Sandy who is an Avian specialist, and my other animals visit another veterinarian as it is closer for me. I have always found the staff there to be helpful, kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. As for Sandy, he is just wonderful and certainly knows his birds well. I recommend all bird owners I know to take theirs to Sandy if there are any issues and also any chicks I sell, I ensure that the new owners have Sandy's number.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my wolfhounds! This is a truly superb vet clinic with wonderful vets and nurses and receptionists! I have recommended this team to friends! And i still do. Not something I normally do. I followed Isabelle, Amanda and Sandy to this clinic many years ago. It's far from where I live but the travel is worth it to get the best and kindest attention for my hounds... Oh and can I say that this is a team that works with owners rather than patronizes them...

Thanks everyone at Inner South for your loving care of our girl Rose (lab cross), relatively suddenly diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. We could tell that her time in with you had been full of affection and attention (as well as veterinary skill) and when the time came, you helped ease her on her way with compassion and sensitivity. Just what we needed at a really difficult time. I'm confidently bringing my new boy Calvin to you for veterinary care.
