AVOID!!!!!! I booked an appointment here for an emergency and i thank them for fitting me in last minute and doing it a little short staffed.. BUT there is no excuse to ring customers at work and abuse them... i was unable to let them know i couldnt turn up (car accident) and the last thing i remembered was my hair. Anyways the owner or whoever decided to call me up at work and abuse me for it, threatening to call my employer about it.. When im sure my boss would not give a rats bum about missing a hair appointment, Proceeded to lecture me after i expressed what had happened and how sorry i was, coming from a workplace myself where bookings are needed i would never ever do that plus i would be fired if i did.
i would have re booked but i will never ever go there again. Disgusting behaviour
I'm a Transgender person transitioning for male to female and I was terrified about how too approach the question of hair style and purchasing a wig. Innovative Hair and Body, looked after me in a Caring and Compassionate way with a new natural hair style (and with a face like mine that took some doing) and a beautiful wig. I would give a negative star if I could. I asked for a specific hairdresser and was given another one. I was fine with that but I left the salon only to find that there were six long scratches on my neck. I have taken a photo but just too busy to waste time on such unprofessional people. Don't go there.
I left this salon extremely unhappy. From the moment I sat down the staff did not appear to listen to a word I said but went about doing whatever staff thought. I asked to match the colour in the end of my hair and somehow I managed to leave with a completely different colour. I asked for my hair to be softly layered but left with hair all the same length. And when it was all done staff out product in my hair I told them I didn't like and sent me away with my hair looking terrible. Very disappointed.
