I purchased a package at Innovative Subiaco, which includes check-ups, hair cleansers, and minoxidil lotion. This was $1,370. Upon trying to secure my final bottles of minoxidil, I was told by staff, a member that has supposedly been with the company since its inception, that it could not be done.

Hi, you review made interesting reading. I would strongly suggest that you put your concerns in an email and send it through to the customer service team to escalate. Ensure that when you send your email that you ask for a "read receipt" as a record for yourself. I have dealt with Innovative before and have always found them to be helpful and they usually offer a full explanation of facts when I have made any kind of enquiry
My friend went it cost him about 3k, he got really good results. He told me about it and after I had my baby I lost heaps of hair so I went there and bought a take home laser still using it now and my hair is back to normal. I would recommend their treatment and the staff are really supportive and were helpful to me.
