I thought this salon was professional until I was a little late (less than 15 minutes) for an appointment. The salon phoned me as I was parking and the person was extremely rude and basically told me my appointment was cancelled because I was so late. What a way to ruin a persons day. Sometimes things happen to make you a little late. Maybe you should add an additional 10 minutes per appointment to accommodate for unforeseen events. A bit of compassion goes a long way. Bad feedback does too!
I find it sad that you neglected to mention that our customer service management called you after investigating and discovered through phone logs that you were in fact 20/25 minutes late. As policy and procedure we contact clients if they are 15 mins late. Our professional team called you to explain and offer to do your hair half an later or re-shedule another day. Being a client you know inroe books out often. and we refuse to inconvenience our clients who expect not to be rushed with a rushed hair creation because you were unable to make a courtesy call informing us about your lateness. Our clients deserve and pay for 1st class treatment and I am sure you would not like receiving a sub-standard style due to the stylist playing catch up. Hence my surprise when reading this comment because you agreed and said you understand that all clients deserve 1st Class treatment and you apologised and quote 'was blowing off as you were having a bad day'! Our clients agree!
