Using a global approach to therapy at Insight we strive to find the source of your issues. Nothing happens in isolation so your pain or restriction may be a result of some other injury/trauma located somewhere else in your body.
We also recognise that all people hold tension or emotion (stress) within their system. This is usually at an unconscious level. If this stress is held for long enough it can become dysfunction (pain/restriction) within the body. At Insight we utilise techniques that assist the client to tap into these unconscious restrictions. We then facilitate the process to release the tension or emotion (stress) underlying the dysfunction.
