I won’t be going to insignia again. I had the worst experience there ever. From the moment I walked in I felt like an appointment sneezed in to make extra money, and that’s all I was!
I had an appointment with a guy who told me a colour I wanted was too hard for me to keep up the second colour I showed him he attempted to do but failed miserably. I ended up with the back of my hair balayaged and the front striped foils. The lady at reception charged me over $200.00 and asked what I thought of the guy who did my hair. I was nice at the time as I didn’t get a proper look at my hair due to just wanting to get out of there. My husband got me a spa package after i gave birth. Best present ever. With a newborn i could only get 2 hours to myself and the way these ladies planned my visit was amazing. I first got a massage and then as soon as it was finished i was brought to get my facial and then straight after was my pedicure. That was the best two hours to myself. Very organised, professional and friendly. I loved it that much that i purchased the same package for my mother who needed to be pampered too. Would recommend this place to any woman in need of some TLC.
Love love love everything about this place! Lou has started doing my hair since Alana left & its brilliant!! I had my first micro facial on friday and the results were amazing. I'm so happy I just had to share, thank you girls. I highly recommend Insignia to anyone looking for a new hairdresser or beautician, you can't go wrong.
Bad. I would never go there again. The staff did ask me what colour I wanted my hair and I told staff. Staff then dyed it the same faded coppery colour that it already was. That is the awful colour it had faded to. Not the deep rich red colour I described. Staff seemed not to care less about me or my hair. Then I was charged $100.00 for the trim and colour, never again.
