Unable to identify a completely destroyed window frame with their "industry standard equipment" however my 8yo with a lego star wars ship was able to push a hole straight through the window. But rest assured!! If you bring it to their attention the MD (who's 1700kms away) will take ownership and send you a passive aggressive email offering no real answer and block your phone number.

Got my inspection done. Was recommended through the real estate was buying through. They conveniently FORGOTTEN to say it was a 'decramastic roof' that had been previously been leaking and having issues and i will have to replace it.
They have all the clauses in their report that helps them to get away saying anything they want.
They have put my family in the worse position. I will have to replace the entire roof because of their negligence.
This inspection was carried out in June 2017 during an extended dry period. The client was on site & aware that the roof was metal & metal tile. Whilst the roof surface showed weathering, there was no apparent physical damage to the roof surface or visible damage/staining to the ceilings as the house had been repainted. Roof maintenance was recommended on the report. The client contacted us late Oct 2017 regarding roof leaks after a significant rain event. Our company attended the property to follow up, upon inspection of the roof surface it was noticed that a significant amount of silicone had been freshly applied & that extensive damage had occurred to the metal roof tiles from untradesmanlike practices during maintenance work.
