Inspirations Paint Clifton Hill

I recently visited Velvet Paints (13/3/13), cash in hand, ready to spend upwards of $1000 on products for our extension. (Despite the fact that they have a very bad, peeling, cracking painted shopfront, which doesn't go well for a paint store.) Unfortunately, I was completely ignored while 3 members of staff engaged in conversation, with a trade customer. I could deal with being ignored, but they were also extremely loud and offensive! In addition to the constant swearing (I'm not easily offended, but the extreme frequency made it very noticeable), I'm actually glad that I had this experience before putting down any money, as I would not choose to spend my money with this business. Thumbs down Velvet Paints - get with the 21st century. (PS. I ended up going across town and had an exceptionally positive experience with the staff and products there.)
