Danny and Josh at Instant Gardens - you sure know how to do your job!! Thank you for transforming the dust dowl at the front of my house into a beautiful oasis. Love my new lawn and shrubs. And those steppers - I want more - they're so cool!! All my neighbours are stopping by complimenting your work. They're all telling me you've raised the bar for our street and they will definitely have to lift their game now!!

I found Instant Gardens fabulous to deal with, super friendly and Danny was awesome at designing the garden I had only dreamed about. Once work started on site I was impressed at how quick and tidy the guys completed the job. They even left me an instruction booklet on how to look after my new garden. Definatley recommend the team at Instant Gardens.

Very disappointed with the service provided by instant gardens. The garden and lawn was set to be installed while we were on holiday, and we were excited to come home to a nice new garden instead of a giant sand pit. Instead we were greated with a garden, and half a lawn. There was no communication as to why there was only half a lawn, or any idea given of when it would be finished, but we came home a few days later and it was finished.
With just half the lawn laid, we could see that they had simply flattend the sand, and put down the tiniest amount of fertiliser before laying the grass on top.
The section of the garden that is stoned has no matting underneath, so if we need to walk over the stones to clean the windows or anything, the stones sink into the sand. $5 worth of weed matting and 10 minutes of effort would have prevented this. After having Instant Gardens design and install my front garden, it becomes apparent after several months why you should NOT choose this company. The pre sale service is excellent, however the actual products and workmanship will result in a very poor looking garden after a while. Once they have your money, they will forget about you and will try to use blame and avoid tactics to avoid any follow up service. Here are some reasons why they did such a poor job on our yard.

1. Lawn - they do not remove any soil but just level it and dump the new lawn straight on top with a bit of fertiliser underneath (for poor and sandy soils, your lawn will die off after a few months) and any small stones they just leave in the ground which further harms the lawn.
