Absolutely no idea of how to fix a ducted heating unit? Came to the house 8 times in 2017 with the most horrendous excuses as to why he couldn't fix the unit. 2018 John demands payment for something that is still not fixed. Today when the unit has to be rebooted 4 times, he comes to the house and removes the entire heating motherboard, leaving a family where the Dad has had a stroke and is clearly unable to get into the roof to reboot the unit with NO HEATING AT ALL, GREAT HUMANITARIAN! Call anyone else but this person!!!

I’ve never had such poor service from John (or Budd, I still can’t figure out what his name is). My landlord organised for him to come replace the heater. I tried to organise a time for him to come out. On the phone he became extremely agited and just kept saying he would call me. He ended up hanging up on me when I told him that I needed him to book an actual time in so I could be home. Eventually he sent me a text giving me a 4 hour window on a Saturday.

Very very NOT PROFESSIONAL. John is not an expert of Braemar heating unit. He couldn't make a good diagnosis and keep asking me to change the parts. Unfortunately, the parts was function well and he don't know the error code. In a word, BAD!!
