I took my car for window tinting. Window solution was spilled/splashed all over my back seat and caused staining. When I complained, the State Manager inspected my car and was reluctant to admit it was their fault, even though the smell proved it was their solution on the seat. After trying to tell me it was my fault for having a dirty seat (the car had only recently been purchased and had been thoroughly detailed by professionals) he agreed to have the part of the seat cleaned that had been stained (all bottom section and part of back-rest section) but told me I had to pay him extra to have the whole seat cleaned (half of the back-rest section).
The back window has numerous bubbles. When I pointed this out to them, I was told they would disappear within a week. Their website clears them of all responsibility if rear demister is damaged when removing tint so I can not allow them to attempt to fix their poor workmanship.
