If today's experience of such poor customer service is anything to go by, I will not be going back to this store. My sincere advice is that you too should avoide this place. I waiting for 4 hours for a delivery, and had to keep ringing to get any information - obviously correct information and follow up is not something these folks are concerned about. Zero out of ten.
Dear Sir, we regret that you were inconvenienced. We apologised and did all that was appropriate to have your 2 sunloungers delivered today. That your experience was not a good one is disappointing and we will endeavour to exceed expectations at all times. The reality with human error though, at times, is sometimes unavoidable despite best intentions and I am sure you will understand. We are disappointed too that you did not appreciate nor understand any of our service from the outset including discount on the product given and free shipping. Sometimes we feel we just cannot please everyone, 100% of the time, and you are a case in point.
An apology AFTER the event & not even in person is a poor excuse for customer service. As I said in my previous review, poor service and communication is basically poor customer service. You comment about human error, yet what you told me was the problem with the distributor getting stock to you - at least get you story right. Simply replying to my review that human error was at play is simply an attempt to respond to my criticism. The public are not fools though.
My experience also does not sound like you were able (or even trying) to "exceed expectations". I checked the prices of the loungers elsewhere by the way BEFORE we bought the two loungers from you, and you're not as competitive as you think you are. We chose to buy from you because you were local - a mistake that we won't make again.
You are absolutely right sir, the public are not fools, just as I am sure they will be not be fooled by your malicious intent to cyber bully honest hardworking business in forums like these.
Forums like these are intended to provide consumers (like me) an opportunity to provide other consumers with a review of a service, business, etc. Sometimes feedback is good, sometime not.
That you have to resort to insulting me to address my comments is unfortunate; however, my experience of your business is accurate.
Indeed the public can (and will) make their own minds up, but your poor approach to customer service is clear given my recent experience and now your attempt to both insult and run me down. Sad really, very sad indeed.
