Terrible customer service, they clearly don't need business here.
I used to be a regular here, haven't been a regular for 2 years as i had relocated.
Yesterday was my first time back after two years, i walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes no one bothered to come over to talk to me or come over to me.
One hairdresser who was the closest to the counter, just looked at me and continued chatting randomly to another person while doing another's hair without any form of acknowledgement.
There are plenty of hairdressers out there and infact it made me find a hairdresser closer to home, so it's completely their loss.
