Intagas Appliances

Used Intagas in winter when I was having huge issues with my heater. They came out fast and were super friendly. Solved my problem thankfully because it was freezing.

When I turned the nob on my gas stove the flame would come on but would not stay on. in November 2014 called Intagas appliances, the nob was re set. In December 2016 had the same problem the same nob and the same burner, again the nob was re set. Now again in April 2016
The same problem rang Intagas, and said that I need to change the part, what I can't understand is why Intagas did not change the part the first time, as by adjusting it, they must have known that it would play up again and they don't guarantee there labour work. NOT HAPPY NOT HAPPY
