Intaglio

I recently had a terrible experience at Intaglio. First, they lost my booking so I had to wait half an hour before being served. Then when I asked the lady who was cutting my child's hair if she could take some more off and shorten his hair further, she refused on the basis she had another appointment. When I asked her again if she could just take a little more off, she argued with me and still refused on the basis she had another appointment. I will not be returning there.
