Welcome to Integrated Mind. I am Philip de Koning, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach. For the professional and effective treatment of Anxiety, Panic Attack, Depression, Quit Smoking and Weight Management.

My goal at Integrated Mind is to help individuals overcome behaviours which are holding them back from achieving their full potential, and to help promote healing and good health - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. In other words, integrated.

While I provide help to clients with all manner of concerns, including smoking cessation and weight management, I have a special interest in assisting those with self-esteem issues, anxiety or depression.

I have effectively treated many individuals with debilitating anxiety / depression using clinical hypnotherapy in conjunction with specific techniques developed at Integrated Mind. These can enable deep-seated negative patterns and beliefs to be released and replaced with positive empowering thoughts in a safe and natural way.
