Having done renovations around the house previously I know that at times things may not go smoothly but the team at Integriti were always keeping me and my husband informed on the process and they were happy to work together with us to come up with the best solution. In fact, during the renovation we found some asbestos in our walls and the Integriti team safely and efficiently removed it for us. I would love to work with them again on any future renovations and highly recommend them!
Alert! Engaging this company to carry our two bathroom renovations was the biggest mistake I have ever made. Their total disregard for their customers and standard of work is beyond comprehendable; constant mistakes, raising invoices for work that had not been done, no adequate supervision from the company to check work is carried out, unreliable and untrustworthy. Everything written here can be backed up by documented evidence. And don't get stung by the 40% variation!
Sounds exactly like our experience more recently. Constantly amazed they are still in business with the ongoing chaos, lack of communication and almost daily delays because the tasks that were due to be done as per schedule just weren't. Project management is zero. incredibly painful experience and regret choosing them (at inflated prices) everyday. The result does look good, but no thanks to them - Steve the one exception who kept me sane. Still waiting for completion as they have now managed to lose our basin taps.
