I have no experience of buying or selling a house through Integrity and cannot comment positively or negatively in that regard..
But as for RENTING ... I have 12 months of experience of renting a property in North Cronulla handled by their property-management team. In my 50 years of owning and renting properties I have never experienced such dissatisfaction. Integrity's staff were rude and, quite frankly, lazy when it came to rectifying tenant issues.
Well I must say that I was a tenant with Integrity Property Agents for 3 years and was treated with nothing but respect. In fact I was so impressed with them I bought my unit through them and they now manage it on my behalf. All repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently. They ensured that I got a tenant that looked after my property and treated it with respect. I had heard too many horror stories about tenants leaving properties in poor condition and I can say that the ladies at Integrity put my mind at ease and have continued to look after my investment. i would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family and friends.
Well, it's all resolved now anyway. The woman in charge of their property-management team is no longer with them.
