If you are purchasing a home from Bill Verhagen please DO NOT believe anything he tells you. He claims he was an ex builder and religious. He is very manipulative and lied about damages that were apparently fixed in the home. I had found out that he offered the vendor to fix the damages prior to sale and he didnt do it. He clearly does not stick to his word. He lied about the split air conditioner being in good condition. It was corroded and mouldy. I would HIGHLY not trust this person with either selling your home or purchasing. The vendor also had to get involved and it was messy. No one would want to deal with that after selling their home. It's still an unresolved issue and he wants nothing to do with it as he knows he is accountable.

We had such a terrible rental experience with this real estate agent. Integrity was something they didn’t have! It’s hard to find a real estate agent that is trustworthy. Since our experience with them, we have been able to find agents with ray white that truly care for their landlords and tenants. You can hide behind a name called integrity, but if you don’t have any, then your customers will notice.
