Not even deserving of half a star. Both me and my partner made very clear we were after day and night roller blinds, they also had day and night blinds written in their job book as we confirmed over the phone with reception. However, quote we received was wrong and only specified the block out blind.
We called back, and they sent out the new quote with no apology for the stuff up and when we called back to go ahead with the quote, they said we needed to add both quotes together even though they never explained this on the email they sent with the new quote. No apologises for this either, and no idea why they couldn't just send one quote with both day/night blinds after the initial stuff up.
Overall very poor organisation, people make mistakes but these people are just clearly very incompetent.
Absolutely terrible! Still waiting for a call or email about my blinds I am trying to get a quote on. Every time I keep getting told someone will call you, someone will be in contact and STILL nothing! They should be ashamed to call themsselves Australian owned because the customer service is appaling! Dont waste your time go else where!!
These guys were excellent to deal with. Good price and very accommodating. Built a house in Officer and got stuffed around by the builder multiple times (could not settle at the expected time), but Interlux was very understanding and worked with me to get the intallation done when I needed to.
Highly recommended. Would be happy to deal with them again...

These guys are great. I had a small job for only two windows in an apartment in Richmond but these guys were great, happy to work with me and the developer on the times to measure and restrictive body corporate rules on the options.
They installed the same day I moved in (except for two finishes on the curtains they did not have the parts for). Really beautiful job with attention to detail from the sales to the install can not fault and all for a good price.
