Highly recommend the course. Having completed this training numerous times over the years, it is great to see that course content now focuses on the 'real world'. Despite the reality of Covid-19 restrictions, practical components were well handled with all the necessary precautions in place.

I just did this First Aid training course today. Serg and Craig were great!! They were Intensive Care Paramedics (before retiring... haha they’re still young!) which is why I felt this could be a better course, rather than just knowledgeable trainers. They had first hand experience and were (obviously) extremely knowledgeable and also entertaining. I wasn’t looking at the time wondering when it was going to end. They had enough ‘dummies’ to go round rather than having to wait for a turn and it was a good environment for learning some very important ‘stuff’. Thanks guys, I definitely feel that, worse case if I had to, I could put this invaluable first aid knowledge into play. ????

This First Aid Course was my best course ever in my life. The amount of valuable information I gained during the course is tremendous. I highly recommend this course to friends and colleagues. I wish I had the course earlier. Craig is also highly knowledgeable in this field and I believe he is one of the best and kindest instructors I have ever had.

One of the best first aid courses I have ever done! The teaching style really helped me engage in what I was learning through their own personal experience and knowledge. I walked out feeling pretty confident in applying the skills that I had learnt :)
