WHAT A JOKE this company is..
I have a store in a very busy shopping centre.
They have tried saying they have attempted to deliver 3 times now..
No missed you delivery card if they came out of shopping centre times which would be stupid to do. NOTHING!
They are just pure LAZY..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
This company doesn't even deserve half a star.
Shocking, stayed home all day collection was from 9am to 5pm, sat home all day on a 30" plus days, I called them 3 times Throuh the day 9am 12pm and 4pm for updates! First 2 times I was told they can't check to see where the driver is!!! At 4 pm I get told driver came at 850am even though collection was from 9-5 and no one in the office could be arsed checking when I called during the day, so I sat in for nothing!!!!my time is valuable! Very very poor! Don't use these guys!
I don't even know where to start as I write this. I had an express shipment from Sydney, expected on Thursday. We're at Tuesday 3pm now & after many phone calls & the "you have to wait 24-48hrs for us to contact the courier & get back to you" It took them 7 hours to notify me that i could collect my goods direct from their warehouse an hour away (as i lost all trust that they would actually deliver it) I had them double check the address & that it was definitely there...guess what, it wasn't! It was at their other depo, 45 mins in the opposite direction, in peak hour traffic. There customer service is the worst I have experienced in 8 years of business. To put it in perspective, the experience was that bad i wouldn't use them if they gave me lifetime free shipping
This is a genuine review probably unlike some of the others that you read. Had an urgent shipment form China that i needed for a photo shoot. The parcel went across 2 provinces in China, to Sth Korea, back to China, then onto Singapore and then to Melbourne where it sat in customs for 3 days. As of writing i have still not received the package although i got a txt, (which i had to pay for), from Interparcel over 24 hrs ago saying it would be delivered that day. Tried to get help from their online customer support, which promises a turnaround in a few hours, but 36 hrs later i had to send another one after not getting any response to the first one. I assume they will offer up some motherhood statements in response to this review but the reality is when things go wrong you are on you own and don't expect any support from them. When I did the booking these guys said that my parcel will be delivered by 22nd Dec 2018. and paid 165 dollars for delivery. Now nearly after three weeks they are asking more money to returned the parcel back to the sender.
What a ridiculous service.
DON'T EVER USE THEM.
