Interstate Removals

We recently used Interstate Removals for our move from Brisbane to Melbourne and please be assured, these guys are excellent. I had a lot of concerns as I had read mostly fantastic reviews but with the odd bad one as well. I had also heard horror stories of people moving interstate and being charged extra at the last minute or having their belongings withheld or damaged by lots of different companies. When I expressed my concerns to Prue from IR, she was honest and explained the various reasons why these things can happen. As she explained, keeping in touch and giving them plenty of notice for changes in turn allowed them to communicate efficiently and to accommodate reasonable variances from their end. I just want to say that in my 8+ years of using various delivery services that there has never been the level of service, responsiveness and utmost care that Interstate Removals provided in my move. Moving house let alone moving interstate is an incredibly stressful process and I really felt my precious items were in good hands.

From the moment I emailed with a quote in Sydney to my things being delivered in Melbourne - there was utmost integrity and care from every individual that I dealt with.
