Adam has been a massage therapist for over twelve years and has built up a worldwide fan base, working in multi-disciplinary clinics and holistic health centres in Canada, London and Sydney. His passion for sport allowed him to work side by side with the Sydney Swans in the area of rehabilitation. He is very comfortable working with weekend warriors, runners, cyclists and athletes in general. He also thoroughly enjoys working with the public with niggles, strains and ongoing issues.

Having previously suffered from a long term injury and chronic pain, Adam is able to relate to many clients in the same situation.

This personal experience of the journey back to health has left him with a deep understanding of the mind/body connection in relation to health and disease. This allows him to understand what people may require in their sessions - he is able to help people not only identify triggers and causes that are physical, but which also stem from emotional and lifestyle factors.

Adam has a wonderful, holistic approach to his treatments. He has a strong focus on giving empowering and healing treatments, which combines not only his knowledge in myofascial work and acupressure, but also his intuition and experience, cater to the needs of each client individually.

Adam is a confident therapist who enjoys providing deep relaxation, remedial, sports, deep tissue and energetic massages, allowing you to thoroughly relax and tune into your own mind and body.

Qualifications:
*Diploma of Remedial Massage (Nature Care College)
*Certificate in Myofascial Release Level 1-3
*Certificate in Reiki Level 1
Adam is a member of AMT and is available Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (on street parking provided). Health fund rebates available.
