Investors Direct Financial Group (IDFG) was established in 2001. Our mission is to help our clients achieve and maintain their financial freedom.

Bill Zheng founded Investors Direct Financial Group in 2001, as a mortgage finance business, exclusively dedicated to servicing residential property investors.

The company has expanded to comprise 5 divisions that deliver the following services to property investors:

- Financial Planning
- Mortgage Solutions
- Property Management

Our main focus is to deliver a superior experience to our clients by helping them strategically improve their financial position through residential property as the main asset class. Our in-house services cover the following parts of the property investing life cycle:

- Providing up to date & educational market information to enable easier and better informed decision making;
- Setting investment goals, providing cash flow management coaching and holding you accountable to follow through with your financial plan over your desired time frame;
- Helping you acquire, finance, manage, review and dispose of your property assets inside and outside of your Superannuation;
- Minimising and controlling risks in all areas of personal, family and investment;
We also have dedicated external specialists to help you in the areas of taxation, legal and non-residential property investment should you require assistance in those areas.
