Invincible Worldwide trains ordinary people to feel powerful with peak performance in speed, strength, power, skills and mindset. It's not just martial arts or tricking, it's human performance. We have 3 separate programs - Tricking, Peak Performance Martial Arts and Kids Program. Each program includes a 10-Level Curriculum and each training session feels like a stadium atmosphere. Programs available for Adults, Teens and Kids. The culture is family, supportive and positive.

PEAK PERFORMANCE MARTIAL ARTS:
The P3MAâ?¢ (Peak Physical Performance Martial Arts) program is a peak training program that draws influence from traditional and modern martial arts, fitness and sport science. The different arts include Jeet Kune Do, Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Tae Kwon Do and Tricking.

TRICKING:
Build your skills in the new art of Tricking in a systemized Tricking Curriculum that progressively advances your skills in kicking, twisting and flipping. We also cover different variations, transitions, set ups and cheat steps. With each level, you will grade and earn a new coloured Level-UP Invincible T-Shirt.

INVINCIBLE KIDS PROGRAM:
Invincible Worldwide's Kids Class teaches kids 12 years and under Martial Arts, Leadership Skills and Life lessons. Each week, the hour consists of martial arts drills which develop:
- Coordination
- Speed
- Power
- Flexibility
- Skills
- Balance

And also a motivational life skill talk which covers:
- Leadership
- Communication Skills
- Respect
- Goal-Setting
