We outsourced our IT to IOW. It is fantastic! We have 10 workstations and 4 laptops. Some of us even work from home.
The IOW service is one fixed cost per month per computer which makes my budgeting so much easier!
IOW updated our whole network, gave us all brand new computers, setup new Microsoft 2008 servers, put in a local backup, setup automatic off site backups, monitor our network 24/7 and fix anything that goes wrong!
Even when we want an upgrade for our software added to a computer they come out to do it and it costs us nothing more! I can not recommend them enough.
