clinic presents well and staff at desk are friendly. Wish i could say the same for the Drs. I have visited a few times now and each time have been spoken to like i am thick . I went this time for a referral for a scan. Being pregnant the Dr said he wasn't interested in becoming responsible for my pregnancy. This was stated several times in case i didn't get it. I said he had made himself abundantly clear and i left. I tried to explain i couldn't get to my usual dr and i wouldn't bother him again. He went on to arrogantly explain that Mater mothers is encouraging illegal activity by getting gp's to refer to hospitals etc . Was the most unpleasant experience i have ever had. I respect the dr's right to not want to take me on as a patient but i don't need to be treated like an imbecile nor be made to feel that carrying multiples equates to leprosy. I won't return which is a shame as it is a well set up surgery and i was hoping to find a gp close to home.

Very dissapointed in the docotors at this clinic.

I have visited three times now and both doctors on each occassion have been rude, blunt, unempathic and generally miserable. It is not hard to say hello to your patient, or generally PRETEND to care about the health of their patients and say goodbye or thank you when they leave!! When my name was called for the appointment i walked up to the doctor and he just pointed at the door to his office while he chatted with the office staffer! I seriously got a grunt when I said hello and a grunt when i said thank you to the doctor as I left. Likewise was the time i visited before with the female doctor.

I will never be visting this clinic again. Just basic manners people!

Please quit if you hate your job that much, or at least do people a favour and let doctors come through that actually want to work and help people.

Long wait but great doctors, would happily recommend if you are ok with a bit of a wait.

Very unhappy. Had to wait 3 days for appointment, then was left waiting 45 mins past my appt time only to be told my child could not be immunised as clinic had no vaccine???

Rude staff, will not use this clinic again.

Great doctors for the whole family. Awesome care from staff and best of all they bulk bill and take on new patients.
