I've been attending the Fire Up Studio and Fitness Camp run by current Fireman and cannot start to describe where I've come from in terms of my fitness. Fire Up can help you to lose that little bit of weight or run a Marathon and the beauty of things there is that everyone is treated the same and they always get a result. If you have thought about doing something then these guys will help, push and encourage you in a way you have never experienced before.
Whether you choose a 1 on 1 session with the trainers at their studio on Bay Street, or choose to do one of their fitness camps, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Everything at Fireup is done is such a professional manner, you can tell the boys put a lot of effort into planning each session and before you know it - You will be hooked!
