One of the worst salon experiences of my life!! From beginning to end this salon was an experience I'd definetly like to forget. -Horrible customer service

Totally agree with you here. I was at this hairdressers over a year a go now & I still come on here to see how there doing. I am quite shocked there still open. I love how they also make fake profiles & put in good comments. Begging the public not to go to this horrible place.
They have to be the worse hairdressers I have dealt with, I thought the whole point in buying a scoopon was to gain customers and have them come back again. I would recommend that no one goes here or else you'll just get a whole lot of back chat from the staff, a stained foreheard from the colourist, and burned hair.
This has to be the worst hair dressing experience I have had! Rude staff that left me waiting for 40 mins, didn't offer a magazine. Then when I finally do get my hair done end up with colour all over my forehead and neck, had to scrub it when I got home! Then after my blow drying my hair in the wrong position they decided to get at it with the straightners for 5 minutes, no serum used, just burned my hair off!! Will not go here again!!
I'm so shocked! Never did any of your staff explain to me that there was wait, the staff said to me 'I'll be back in a minute' then goes to do 2 other people's hair before me! How do you expect me to react after waiting for 45 minutes? Obviously I was a bit annoyed! The staff who coloured my hair got it everywhere, on the floor, on the gown, on my forehead! Why would I make this up? I had to go home and google how to get permanent dye off me whilst my friend is making my skin red rubbing it with a cloth! I have family in England who have own a hairdressing shop since I was little, I know how staff are supposed to treat a customer. I've been a model for my family's staff a lot in the past, this is not how you treat people! Then writing a response back to say it was all me, makes your shop look even worse!
....shouldnt you be the professional who knows this?
From having family that own hairdressers in England, I have been around this business for a while, and I'll just say that I have never had such a worse hairdressing experience, from the beginning of entering your store, until the right end, it was just horrible!!
