Got a haircut yesterday. They did a fantastic job, the service was fantanstic and very friendly staff. Prices are expensive but worth it. Definitely would visit again.

Professional hair salon. The staff are polite and the haircuts are decent. Prices are expensive but it is quite easy to get a booking and the overall experience is good.

Amazing. Thats all i have to say about this salon. Few weeks ago i visited irfan hair design and im in love with my new hair. Ive never experienced a colour like this before, Ive been to many hairdresses in the city but i prefer irfan.

I had booked an appointment for 12:30pm and had asked them the previous day whether this time is busy or not. They told me on the phone that it is not that busy. I reached at 12:25pm and was asked to take a seat. at about 12:45pm, a lady walked in who didn't have an appointment and the owner asked her to take a seat in the studio and she was put before me. from the way they were talking, they seemed to know each other . I waited another 5 minutes and the staff didn't acknowledge me or say how long i'll be waiting for so i decided to walk up to the counter and just asked the owner how much more longer i'll have to wait as my appointment was for 12:30pm. He asked me what time my appointment was and I told him 12:30pm. His response to me was: "just so that you know, if you book an appointment, it doesn't mean that we will take you at that time. The guy hair dresser was dry, no personality and didn't want to listen, wanted to start cutting before even asking what I want. When I would try to tell him, he would say 'yeah' interrupting me and keep doing what he was doing without doing what I had asked. I tried to show pictures of what my hair looks like before it had grown out a little, he didn't seem interested. When I would suggest actually I like it this way or this is the shape etc he would basically ignore and continue .Now I have the worst haircut of my life and I start a new job tomorrow, very upset, not happy at all. To the point where the am considering not going to my new job, he has ruined my hair. I now look very unprofessional and like a two year old went at my head. There is nothing I can do to fix it, and it's now way to short to get anyone else to fix it. Not even a hat can fix this.
