IRIQ was established by Theresa Moltoni in 2008, IRIQ was initially focused on assisting clients to get their Agreements in place prior to the Fair Work Act coming into effect. IRIQ was overwhelmed with requests that kept the team in a frenzied flurry of activity for some months.

In her previous Corporate HR & IR experience, Theresa found it difficult to find practitioners to assist her, who were able to link the objectives & principles of good business strategy to effective execution in the Workplace. So she modelled IRIQ on being able to do just that for businesses, whether they be large Corporates or SMEs.

IRIQ Law was founded in 2017. IRIQ Law grew out of a passion to expand its offer into a number of areas of law. IRIQ Law offers a range of legal services in the areas of employment law, eLaw, human rights and anti-discrimination.

IRIQ Law is based in the heart of Brisbane CBD and we strive to offer our clients the highest level of expertise and service. We endeavour to position ourselves as thought leaders in our fields of expertise, delivering with excellence, every time.
