Appreciated the help from the sales assistant. Good range of prices for every occasion, and I felt my purchase was straight on point.

A special lady at my work recently celebrated a milestone birthday and it seemed just perfect to arrange a beautiful bouquet right from my office. Ordering online was so simple and the bouquet arrived before 12pm. Fresh flowers, Fast delivery, good price and lovely selections to choose from for any occasion.

On-time deivery and friendly peoples. I ordered many times - even same day delivery - and they ordered in the soonest possible time. Flowers are fresh and beautiful packing.

Do not use them,I ordered a dozen red roses for Valentines Day, there was no sign of the flowers by 3pm, I tried calling Sydney CBD florist, they didn't answer after calling nemerous times, instead they would hang up, I tried calling Iris and left about 3 voicemail messages for the management, they never returned one of them, I had to leave work and go down to them myself to find out when they would be delivered, they had no idea where the flowers were or when they would be delivered, they just said "We're sure they will turn up" they told me that because I had spent $120.00 that would be considered a priority order, yet that still doesn't guarentee they will be delivered at a reasonable time, even though they were only being delivered a few streets from where they are, I had to stop somewhere else on the way back and by more flowers just to be sure that there would be something delivered. I wanted something special for my Mum's 90th birthday and a family friend recommended I try Iris florists in the Sydney CBD. Mum was blown away with the flower arrangement so a special thanks to the staff.
