Ironbark Pest Control

We have just had the Diamond package done on a 2 story house in the Hills district. We had to reschedule a couple of times but this was not an issue as communication was excellent.They were very punctual and both the pest inspection and treatment were done very professionally and thoroughly.
The thermal imaging of the walls gave us great peace of mind.
I would highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend Ironbark. Our builder recently found live termites and damaged timbers as part of a renovation. In his opinion the termites would have been there when Ironbark last checked our premises 12 months ago. I decided to give Ironbark the benefit of the doubt and contacted them to come and do an inspection and treatment on Saturday. They never showed up, which didnt bother me greatly but I decided to go with a different company instead as a result. On the Monday, we were contacted by Ironbark to discuss our account. They disputed our version that Ironbark never showed up and insisted that an inspection was carried out and no termites or termite damage was found (despite our builder showing us termite damage and seeing live termites under the floorboards).
