Julie not only trains you physically (and she is relentless) but mentally too. She is thorough, enthusiastic, always encouraging and knows what she is doing. She got an elephant (me) slimmer and fitter and up Killimanjaro (almost). She inspired me to continue and believe that nothing is really impossible.
I would highly recommend any one that wants to get fit or achieve a physical goal to employ Julie as a personal trainer. You can't go wrong.
