IS EVERYTHING

My first visit to IS was a marvellous i had won a voucher and was nervous about redeeming it after reading negative reviews. I have since returned a further 4 times, The new premises is warm and welcoming. And staff and owner have always made me feel welcome, comfortable and the atmosphere is always lovely. I would recommend this to anyone.the prices are great and the variety of services on offer are also another plus. Well done mandy and staff

Had a wax and permanent eyebrows done a few months ago. A complete disaster. Crooked eyebrows, one much thicker than the other so my makeup artist laughed and had to use makeup to fix them up. Waxing was bad at best. wouldn't recommend them.

Friendly staff with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Unfortunately, this translates to sloppy work and a dirty salon.



Went in for a leg wax, hair cut/colour and permanent makeup. Shelves, counters and ledges grotty. Beauty therapist took me into a room with a thick plastic sheet covering the bed. I've been going to IS for years and have always had a great experience. Whether it's waxing, nails, hair colour or cut, it's always been done to a high standard and I've always walked out feeling fab.

Recommend to everyone. Had a cut and colour eyebrow waxing and piercings and couldn't speak highly enough. Kyra cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and the color was perfect. Every one was awesome
