Took my car there for a simple fix, bypassing a keypad system i have in my car, would have taken all of an hour to do, got charged $350... THEN it still didnt work! Had to take it back, and lucky me only had to pay 170 this time around... and received a bag worth of wiring and cables in my car when I picked it up, not to say my central locking key no longer worked.

Very angry with how they handled it, leaving loose cables in my engine bay and dash, cutting cables that had nothing to do with the issue. There attitude toward me was that I had to go and "do more research" about the issue and fix it... ended up taking it elsewhere and the guy fixed everything for 80 dollars....

Got burned 30years ago at Glenelg, same attitude,! "can't afford us, go elsewhere" ! OK if your a rich & don't care about costs, ,seems to be business model for both workshops, quote new, deliver reconditioned at 10% more than average, , all in a days work, S.O.Procedure. same old caveat, Buyer Beware,! Just go elsewhere, ! feel like total goose after getting 5 new & reconquotes maybe they found some care & empathy that I dearly needed being pensioner , it seemed absurd, in the end it was, but the icing was telling me what a deal I was getting , not funny to me, never ever again,! I doubt I'll be editing this post, my business not important to them,!
